Terms of service
1. Service description
ProveAI is an adversarial evidence testing tool for EU AI Act compliance operated by CiviQs B.V. (KVK 94498164), registered in the Netherlands. The service scores your answers to compliance questions and generates a report simulating regulatory scrutiny.
2. Not legal advice
ProveAI does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal counsel. The reports generated are AI-produced assessments based on your self-reported answers. They do not constitute a conformity assessment, audit, or certification under any regulation including the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) or GDPR.
You should consult qualified legal counsel before making compliance decisions based on this report.
3. AI-generated content
Reports are generated by large language models (LLMs). While the question framework and article references are manually curated, the scoring and report text are AI-generated. This means the output may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or misinterpretations of your answers or the applicable regulations.
4. No guarantee of regulatory outcome
A favourable score or grade does not guarantee compliance with the EU AI Act, GDPR, or any other regulation. A poor score does not necessarily mean non-compliance. Regulatory authorities may apply different interpretations, standards, or scrutiny than this tool simulates.
5. Payment and access
The full report costs EUR 149 (including VAT where applicable), payable via Stripe. After payment, you have access to the report via a unique URL for 90 days. PDF downloads are available during this period. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
6. Data handling
Your answers, email address, organisation name, and AI system name are stored to generate and deliver your report. Assessment data is retained for 12 months and then deleted. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. See our Privacy policy for details.
7. Liability
CiviQs B.V.'s total liability for any claim arising from or related to ProveAI is limited to the amount paid for the specific report. CiviQs B.V. is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to regulatory fines, penalties, or compliance costs incurred in reliance on a ProveAI report.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
